1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dun55," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the dun55 platform and the licensed entity operating it under an international gaming license.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dun55 platform.
• "Account" means the personal dun55 account opened by you upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Platform" means the dun55 website accessible at dun55.org, including all products, services, and features available therein.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole transaction currency on the dun55 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or enhanced odds offer extended by dun55 to eligible Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by dun55 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which dun55 does not accept registrations, as determined by the platform from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking the registration button, completing the account setup process, or by otherwise accessing any part of the dun55 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and dun55.

These Terms should be read alongside the dun55 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

If you are accessing the dun55 platform on behalf of a third party or do not have the legal authority to accept these Terms, you must not proceed with registration or use of the platform.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the dun55 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of a dun55 employee or affiliated company;
• Not have a previously suspended or terminated dun55 account unless the suspension has been formally lifted by dun55 in writing;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

dun55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false eligibility information — including misrepresentation of age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) dun55 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times via your account settings.

You are solely responsible for the security of your dun55 login credentials. dun55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your account. dun55 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

dun55 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

dun55 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a licensing obligation and a measure to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC);
• Proof of your registered address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number);
• A selfie or live photograph as requested by the dun55 verification team.

KYC documents are processed within 24–72 hours in the normal course. If your documents cannot be verified, dun55 will contact you at the email address associated with your account. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your dun55 account are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard IBFT bank transfers. All deposits are denominated and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dun55 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which dun55 bears no responsibility.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the same business day for transfers received before 3:00 PM PKT on business days. Deposits received after the cut-off time or on weekends and public holidays will be credited on the next business day.

dun55 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 15–45 minutes following completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 2:00 PM PKT.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
• Any active bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance;
• Your account must be in good standing with no open fraud or security investigations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

dun55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and enhanced cricket betting odds. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply to all dun55 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited without compensation;
• dun55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible;
• Where a Player has an active bonus, withdrawal requests may be declined until the wagering requirement is met, or the Player may elect to forfeit the bonus balance and withdraw the real-money balance only;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional offers through hedging bets, low-risk arbitrage strategies, or collusion with other Players — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and recovery of any bonus-derived winnings.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting on dun55, including cricket and PSL markets, is governed by the applicable sports betting rules published in the dun55 sportsbook. All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems. dun55 games are certified for fairness by independent third-party auditors.

Bets and wagers placed on dun55 are final once confirmed. dun55 will not be liable for any errors made by a Player in placing a bet, including selection of incorrect odds, incorrect amounts, or incorrect market lines, where the platform operated correctly at the time the bet was placed.

dun55 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• Where the odds were published in error (palpable error) at a price that does not reflect the true market price;
• Where the outcome of an event has been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity;
• Where the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity;
• Where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dun55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances where applicable:

• Opening more than one dun55 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other artificial means to interact with the dun55 platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to dun55 immediately;
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player product;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, operating as an agent, or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

10. Responsible Gaming

dun55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to Players seriously. All dun55 members have access to the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your dun55 account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or be automatically logged out after a specified gaming session duration.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the dun55 platform. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dun55 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any dun55 content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any dun55 software;
• Use any dun55 trademark, logo, or brand asset without explicit written permission;
• Frame or mirror the dun55 platform on any other website.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dun55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the dun55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, or connectivity interruptions beyond dun55's reasonable control;
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances that are promptly corrected upon discovery;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the dun55 platform.

dun55's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by you to your dun55 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dun55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Privacy & Data

dun55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the dun55 Privacy Policy.

In summary, dun55 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — with your consent — direct marketing. dun55 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and fulfil regulatory obligations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dun55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, dun55 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the dun55 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

dun55 operates under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the licensing authority is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, the following process applies:

3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority.

You and dun55 each waive any right to a class action or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought in an individual capacity only.
